I just updated the Linkage page with Linkage 3.7.4. This version has a fix for a gear fastening bug that was in the last two versions. It also has three new samples generously donated by Andrew Hall; they are Stirling engine mechanisms. I’ll update the samples web page when I get to it.

On the Linkage page, there are links to the download page and also a link to get the Windows XP version and a link to get a 64 bit version. The software uses so little memory and floating point data types so it gains nothing from being a 64 bit program. But it was time to start the process of abandoning the 32 bit version of the software just because some day, maybe in a decade or two, there will no longer be 32 bit compatible processors.
