I just “finished” this by giving up on polishing it more and adding a coat of wax. Click on the image to see a bigger version of it.
This was made from a 4 inch steel tube cut with a plasma cutter. After that and some grinding, it was just a matter of sanding and polishing to get it to the point of being acceptable. Getting it chrome plated might have been an interesting way to finish this piece.
